The Lady Lions traveled to St. Joseph on May 8 for the Lady Spartan Classic. Right out of the gate, in the first running event of the night, the 4x800 relay team of Lilly Ross, Grace Thompson, Myah Boyd, and Madeleine Fox broke the school record with a time of 10:04.19. The previous record of 10:08 was set in 2016 by Sydney Davidson, Cassie Sanders, Lindsey Moore, and Kori Miller.
Other notable performances include PRs by our hurdlers, Addy Ross in the 100s and Ellie Delp in the 300s. Peyton Edwards also ran a PR in the 100! Two of our throwers, Lauren Richards and Olivia Strohm, also had PRs in the shot!!
