Hi! My name is Katie Goekler, and I am the life science teacher here at Marshall High School. I teach Life Science, Anatomy and Physiology, and Forensic Science. I grew up in Marshall, and I am an alumnus of MHS. Following graduation, I attended Indiana State University where I obtained two bachelor's degrees in Biology and in Science Education. I am currently obtaining my master's in Biology from the University of Illinois. This is my third year teaching high school science, but it is my second year at MHS. In my free time, I love traveling and spending time with my family, my friends, and my dogs!
Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less. -Marie Curie
