Remote Learning Plan

Remote Learning will continue to the end of the 2019-20 School Year.   Please follow the link below to see the details of the plan.

Remote Learning Assignments & Information By Building (Updated Weekly)

The Goal of Remote Learning is to provide to as many students as possible an opportunity to maintain skills already learned and continue learning when possible while teachers and students are away from school.  Opportunities will take on different forms including both online and print form knowing that not all have the same internet and technology access.  Knowing that everyone’s situation is different, we encourage all to participate to the best of their abilities given their situation, but please know that none of the opportunities provided are required and cannot hurt a student’s academic standing.  We do not want this to be a burden on you and your family.

Teachers will continue to reach out to try and connect to you and your students.  They will be communicating via email or through other means established throughout the year such as Remind, Bloomz, Google Classroom, etc.  At a minimum during Remote Learning Days, teachers will be available on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. via email or in some cases the other means referenced above.  Please allow some time for a response.  Principals will also be available via email or office phone on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

There are both online and print opportunities available for learning.  Online opportunities will be shared by the teachers and links will be available on the website beginning Monday.  Also beginning Monday, printed opportunities can be picked up weekly at the individual schools between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

A technology survey that includes a device loan option continues to be available for you to fill out. If you request a device, those will be available for pick up the following day at the individual school offices between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Please phone first before coming to pick up.

Technology Request Survey

Special Education Case managers will work with the General Education Teacher(s) to meet IEP needs to the best of their ability and will arrange related services.  Work that meets the needs of the student according to their IEP will be provided to the best of our ability.

If you have questions please contact your student’s principal.
